Frequently Asked Questions
1 Is there a risk of steam or fogging in double-glazed glass?
Usually, we use 5mm+6A+5mm double glass. Our double glass is manufactured professionally to ensure there is no steam or fogging between the panes.
2 Do windows and doors come with mounting frames?
Yes, all doors and windows include the necessary frames for wall mounting.
3 Why use 5mm double glass instead of 6mm single glass?
5mm double glass is safer, provides significantly better soundproofing, and offers a more aesthetic finish for sliding systems compared to single glass.
4 What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connections?
90-degree windows are connected by screws, while 45-degree windows use corner braces. The 45-degree style is a newer design that is easier to maintain and overhaul.
5 What types of fly screens are available?
We offer three styles: roller screens for casement windows, sliding screens for doors/windows, and folding screens. Materials include nylon, steel, and high-strength King Kong mesh.
6 PVC vs. Aluminum: Which material is better?
Both have strengths. PVC offers superior thermal insulation and is more economical. Aluminum is preferred for its exceptional hardness, durability, and security.
