Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a factory established since 1998.

How long is your delivery time?

Generally it is 25-30 days if profiles are in stock. If not, it ranges from 45-60 days depending on the quantity.

What are your terms of payment?

Usually, 30% - 50% deposit by T/T and 50% - 70% balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

How can I get an exact price quote?

Price is based on dimensions, quantity, window types, profile color (regular or thermal break), and glass specifications (thickness/color/layers).

What is your warranty policy?

10 years for powder coating, 15 years for PVDF coating. Hardware warranty depends on the brand (up to 10 years for premium hardware).

What do you do in case of quality problems?

We test all products before shipment. If quality issues occur, we provide replacement products or accessories via courier.
